Well, my dear class. Unfortunately you finished the second term with poorer  marks. I Would like to know the reasons. perhaps, you will manage to explain and advise some good ideas to improve the situation                                                                                                                                                          

My dear boys and girls. You know that the end of the year 2011 was a difficult time for our class. We came across a serious problem. The situation was very hard.
