| I live in Ryazan.It is a big town.It was founded in 1095.It stands on the Oka river.Oka is very long.It is1498,6 km.There is a Drama Theatre, Prioland, many big stores and many sport centers.The people are hospitable. It is a historical town.It has overcome many fights. [color=#ff0000]I love my town!!!!!  :love:[/color]

| Ryazan was founded in 1095. It is included in 30 largest cities in Russia. Ryazan stands on the Oka River. It`s a historical and a modern citi. Ryazan is famous for many monuments, for example, the monument to Esenin, the monument to Tsiolkovsky. Every citizen knows Drama Theatre, Assumption (Успенский) Cathedral of the Ryazan Kremlin. There are also many new shopping centers and blocks of flats.
Not bad, but is Ryazan famous only for its monuments? I think, it is famous for its people: Sergej Esenin, the great Russian poet, Ivan Pavlon, the great scientist, Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, the father of cosmonautics and others
