What do we eat? Do we care what we eat? A lot of addings in food, such as dyers, antioxidants, taste emplifiers, aromatizers, preservatives can cause cancer, allergy, asthma and other serious and dangerous diseases.Do you want to die soon? What can you do to live longer?

Everyone wants to be healthy. People need vitamins to stay healthy. It is very important to eat fruit and vegetables because they have got a lot of vitamins that are extremely necessary for our health. Each vitamin is responsible for different things in the human body. That is why we should not forget to eat more healthy food and less chips and sweets.

Yes, Lera, quite right. It is important if you will remember it all your life. But one thing: I think that people should eat those fruit and vegetables which grow in our region. They are more over clean, But I doubt very much about imported fruit and vegetables. What do you think about it?

Vitamins are substances that are found in foods we eat. Your body heeds them to work properly,so you grow and develop just like you should. When it comes to vitamins, each one has a special role to play.For example:
Vitamin D in milk helps your bones.
Vitamin A in carrots helps your see at night.
Vitamin C in oranges helps your body heal if you get a cut.

I guess it is "cold", not "cut". Right? There are more than these three varieties of vitamins. Do you eat healthy food or , like many kids, prefer fast food?

People live under the press of different problems, such as social, ecological, economic and others.People need vitamins to stay healthy.They constantly suffer from stress, noise and dust in big cities, diseases and instability. A person should be strong and healthy in order to overcome all difficulties.People get vitamins from the food they eat.Vitamins, the group is essential for the human organism and animals organism compounds with very high biological asset of those present in minute quantities in food products, but of great importance for normal metabolism and lifestyle the activities.
Vitamins.
Vitamin A is in green and yellow fruit milk and eggs . It is necessary for seeing in the dark.
Vitamins B6 and K necessary for human blood.You can find B6 in beans and milk ; K in potatoes tomatoes and carrots .
Vitamin D in milk helps your bones.
Vitamins make people healthy optimistic and strong.
Remember: I eat to live but I don t live to eat

I think the most important point of this theme is not the duration of the life but its quality.A person should follow some rules:
-eat proper food;
-do execises every day;
-get up and go to bed at the same time;
-have active rest;
-be good-natured;
-don't smoke;
-don't drink alcohol;
-don't take drugs;
-don't play the computer games all day long;
-don't eat too much sweet and fat.
It's a real healthy lifе

All the people want to be healthy but at the same time they drink alcohol,smoke,eat too much fat,sweet and salty.Then they start to follow definite rules to be healthy but in a month or two their bad habbits win and everything begins again.People don't understand a simple thing:the quality of man's life depens on his lifestyle.And it is the duty of everybody to take care of his health,i.e. to eat more vegetables,fruit,fish,milk,chicken;to go in for sports;to go to bed early and so on.Your health is in your hands.I wish you health.
